Prior joining SEBA Bank Franz served as CCO at Adcubum. Previously, he was responsible for the P&C business and the development of the direct insurer Adam Riese on the executive board of Württembergische Versicherung AG. Prior to that, he held executive board positions within the VKB group and played a leading role in setting up the direct insurer BavariaDirekt. He gained IT and consulting experience as an international partner at Accenture. He holds a Master´s degree in economics from the University of Augsburg.
